Discuss & Do talk: How Reputation is Your Brand – Nick Sinfield, Duo

Wednesday 20th February

6:30pm

Today everything is about your ‘brand’ – but what is your brand? Before people buy from you, they want to know who you are and what your business stands for. The internet, your website, reviews, or feedback can make or break a brand. So what is the secret to success?

This talk will reveal what a brand is, and what it actually means.

Duo Boots, winner of The Service Excellence Award, has a strong customer-focused brand and reputation; Managing Director, Nick Sinfield, explains how this is key to the success of this Frome-based business, and how understanding your buyer is key to brand success.

About Discuss & Do….

Discuss and Do is back for 2013, with 7 months of business related discussion topics, guest speakers, workshops and social events.
