Kammerphilharmonie Europa

A third visit to Rook Lane Chapel by this exhilarating chamber orchestra and returning by popular demand. Founded in 2006 the orchestra draws musicians from up to eighteen European nations.
Previous visits were sold out and FCG is delighted once again to promote this highly regarded professional chamber orchestra in Frome. The programme will include Gliere ~ String Octet Op. 5 in D major; Hummel ~ Concerto for Trumpet and Orchestra in E flat major; Wolf ~ Italian Serenade; Albinoni ~ Adagio in G minor for String Orchestra; Nielsen ~ Little Suite for Strings, Op. 1.
