Passacaglia: Early Music Quartet
This early music ensemble, performing on viola da gamba, harpsichord, recorder and flute, will include music from the original 18th century coffee hours in their programme of Telemann, Handel and, Marais.

In the six year history of Rook Lane Coffee Concerts, this will be the first performance by a brass ensemble – trumpet, trombone and tuba, with soprano saxophone.

Badke String Quartet
Winners of one of the international competitions in Melbourne in 2007, the Badkes go from strength to strength. They will perform Haydn’s joyous Op. 76, No. 1 and the rarely heard thriller, Schumann’s third String Quartet.
