Iain Ballamy and the Dave Newton Trio

An evening of classic jazz from world class saxophonist Iain Ballamy and Dave Newton’s superb trio featuring Steve Watts (bass) and Tim Giles (drums). “Ballamy’s is a melodic thoughtful style, borne out in beautiful original tunes” (Time Out). "There is always more to Newton's playing than first meets the ear. The surface may be smooth, but there are all kinds of clever, subtle things going on beneath" (Observer).
