Past Events

Flutando was formed in the Summer of 2010 by four of London’s top young flautists, Emily Andrews, Samantha Pearce, Liset Pennings and Laura Pou.

All four of them have been winning prizes, praise and coveted positions.Emily is a Concordia Foundation International Artist, while Samantha won first prize in the Royal Academy Flute Competition. Liset has performed with both the BBC Welsh Symphony Orchestra and the London Sinfonietta and Laura recently graduated from the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s Future First scheme.

As a quartet they are a strong team and have already performed in a variety metropolitan venues.

Their Frome teatime concert will be one of their first appearances outside London.

Doors open at 5.15pm when tea and biscuits will be served. Concert will begin at 6pm and last one hour, without an interval.
