Manuel de Falla, Piazzola and JS Bach. Born in Mexico City, and a top-winner at international competitions, Morgan’s latest CD, Mano a Mano has been hailed as “a real jewel of a disc” (Gramophone July 2007). Winner of the Pierre Fournier Award in 2007, Gemma studied with Ralph Kirshbaum and has performed with such luminaries as Stephen Kovacevich. “Truly magical. She soars, she flows, she makes you weep” (Stringendo Magazine).
