Trillium: Brass Quintet

In the six year history of Rook Lane Coffee Concerts, this will be the first performance by a brass ensemble – trumpet, trombone and tuba, with soprano saxophone. Trillium formed in 1997 when its members were students at the royal academy of music.
Noted for their informative and entertaining introductions, Trillium will present a largely English programme, including Purcell; suite from ‘Dido and Aeneas’, Butterworth; Songs from ‘A Shropshire Lad’ and Holst; Brook green Suite.
Sunday Morning Coffee Concerts
Doors open 10:30am for a sociable hour of fresh, fair trade coffee, Sunday papers and conversation. Concerts start at 11:30am, lasting for one hour without an interval.

Subscriptions: Adults £24.00 / Under 18: £12.00 (all three concerts, including coffee) available from Rook Lane Arts on 01373 468 040.
Single concert tickets: £10.00/£5.00 on the door if available.
Tickets are fully transferable (i.e. can be shared with a friend)
