Frome Concerts Group present: Pocket Sinfonia
Sunday 12th March
Doors 2.30pm Concert 3pm (2 hours with interval)
2 hour special concert:
Pocket Sinfonia is going to play symphonies by Haydn and Mozart! Hard to believe that a piano, violin, flute and cello can do this but these four highly skilled musicians somehow manage to create the sound of a whole orchestra while maintaining the intimacy of a chamber ensemble. Hearing is believing – don’t miss it!

Fanny Hansel nee. Mendelssohn: Overture in C major
J.Haydn arr. M Clementi: Symphony 101 in B-flat major
INTERVAL
Mendelssohn arr. E Corr: Nocturne and Scherzo from A Midsummer Nights Dream.
Mozart arr. J N Hummel:Symphony 35 in D “Haffner”
