 A guided meditation, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the harp, using the creative power of the imagination to build our future from the inside out.

This is an invitation to everyone, whether you are an experienced meditator or complete beginner, to enjoy a peaceful and inspiring evening designed to bring about positive change in your life. Accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the heart, it will help you access a relaxed state of being in which much-needed healing can take place and in which you can explore your ideas, hopes and dreams for the future.

As a group, we will explore the idea that we all have the potential to take a thought or emotion, like a seed, and let it grow in our inner world. As we nurture this idea in our imagination, journey with it, and begin to see how we can turn it into reality, then real magic happens. So many of us already do this with our fears, so imagine what it would be like if we were just as accomplished at manifesting our dreams!

As we return from our imagined future way of being, we may feel the pain of loss, because it feels so far away. We will then be guided on how to turn that pain into resilience, giving us the strength to trust that we can walk this path that we have laid down again and again, in the days, weeks, and years that will follow. In this way we can create the future that we long for.

Dress for comfort. We will be sitting in a circle but floor space is available. Bring cushions, roll mats, blankets and slippers to suit.
