Tea Time Concerts – ENDYMION

Doors opening 3.15pm Concert starts at 4pm
“THE BRILLIANT ENDYMION” (Sunday Times) exists to deliver world class performances of chamber music throughout London, the UK and abroad. Their concert in Frome will be no exception as they present one of their favourite concert programmes – both for the players and the audience alike!
Expect exquisite instrumental playing and absolutely delightful repertoire – the Mozart Quintet for clarinet and Strings in A major, with its achingly beautiful second movement, is paired with the much-loved Brahms Quintet for Clarinet and Strings in B minor. Two great composers pushing the technical and expressive boundaries of the clarinet – for Mozart, a brand-new instrument to show off; for Brahms, an established part of the orchestra placed in a more intimate setting.
