Teatime Concert: Wen Wen and Tiago Gomes

A prize winning violinist from Beijing, Wen Wen continued her studies in London, attaining a distinction in her MA at the Royal Academy of Music.
Wen Wen will be accompanied by guitarist Tiago Gomes, performing pieces by De Falla, Faure, Machado, Paganini and Piazolla. Of special interest is Wen Wen’s virtuosity on the Chinese bowed instrument, the Erhu, on which she will perform ‘A Fine Evening’ by Lin Tianhua.
Admission
£9 per concert (£5 if 21 or younger) ~ includes refreshments before the concert (3.30-4.10pm).
