Hailing from Holland, The Busquitos were an outstanding hit in last year’s Festival. Their funny, engaging and entertaining show presents brilliantly played jazz standards by Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker and Django Reinhardt amongst others. The Busquitos are favourites on the European festivals circuit and have many TV appearances to their name. The band were amazed by our local connection with the great Pee Wee Ellis, sax player and arranger for James Brown, Van Morrison and many others, and insisted on inviting him to make a special guest appearance.
