RPS: Lecture – Vanessa Slawson

Documentary photographer, current Chair of the RPS Licentiate Distinctions Panel and one of the selectors of the exhibition, Vanessa will come to deliver a talk on the photographs currently on display.
“As a photographer, I enjoy using a visual medium to tell a story or ask the viewer to read a picture. It doesn’t matter if they see something different but a picture should evoke a reponse or an emotion. Photographers act as Aides Memoires for a moment in time”
Part of the Royal Photographic Society 155th International Print Exhibition.
